Live feed from Ocean Intervention III -- ROV 1, August 9, 2010 at 6:17 p.m. EDT:

Choppy video due to feed buffering issues, more than likely from BP's end as other working feeds were observed.

I've been seeing these same clouds at various times as well when observing Ocean Intervention ROV; it will be clear and then they come very quickly.
