So what is going to be done for the UNDERWATER Oil and the restoration of the ocean and tidelands to Pre-BP disaster conditions? What is being done to make the citizens and businesses of the Gulf of Mexico WHOLE AGAIN?

Might be good for a written plan to outline process, procedure and scope. And to treat the claim victims fairly for the next years as the Gulf tries to recover?

One other comment, PR efforts by BP. Just purchasing the scientists to "say" its not so bad..does not make it so.
