If you mean the owner, that is the Queen. The leader ? hard to find that out in the UK, just like here, they all hide behind corporations.
I found a couple of other articles but this is the only one they put up. I look every day or two.
I'm staying on these people like white on rice untill I die or they do.
The Gulf may never come back, the Oil Industry has done her alot of damage, all of them are guilty for over 50 years, but BP takes the cake. They just threw caution to the wind and were the most gross offenders.

Besides that, Look for Dr. Janet Starr Hull on youtube and her report on the floor of the Gulf of Mexico. Very interesting, especially since there is a huge bubble of highly volatile gas below the floor.
