BP: Cap will stay on until tests show oil “is leaking from the well” or “some other location”


If cap is removed, likely because oil is leaking from well or sea floor

BP's Gulf oil well cap test could be extended past 3 p.m. today to better understand pressure readings, Times-Picayune, July 18, 2010:
