Landowners Say BP Let Oil Flow for Its Well, Courthouse News Service by Sabrina Canfield, Spetember 8, 2011:
BP could have stopped the oil spewing from its broken wellhead in the Gulf of Mexico, but didn't do so for fear it might damage the well and make it no good for future use, a class of landowners claims in Federal Court.
"After the blowout and before the well was finally sealed, BP was aware of procedures that would immediately block the flow of hydrocarbons into the Gulf, yet it delayed the implementation of any such procedures, and limited its efforts to plug the well to options that would salvage the well for future use, instead of selecting procedures that would stop the flow of oil and gas as soon as possible regardless of the well's continued functionality," the complaint states. Does this really surprise anybody?? The fact that they did it and most people dont know about it is proof that our fed is complicit. Obamabush is a F'ing corporate front man. the democrat/republican debate is a total sherade and if ever challenged in a serious way by the peoople, would ignite some serious shit real fast.
And where is the tv news media on this??? Not one word!
The controlled mass media is in the pockets of the Powers That Were. Their time is now past. They are taking their time getting out, but the indictments are signed, just not delivered yet. Soon, though.
Peace out!

The reality of this will sink in when the court dismisses the case for some contrived reason
So... They chose to situate the well on an unstable slope next to a drop off, and a salt dome, using an inadequate well design, deleting at least one o-ring from the casing, and an inadequate number of spacer rings in the inadequately designed well, and drilled a third, unlicensed well which blew a steel well pipe through 5-stories of steel derrick, which was blown over a couple hundred feet, knowing that while the formation was disintegrating around the well, further progress would cause worse formation damage in trying to reach a 90,000 or more psi reservoir they knew they would not be able to control anyway once they opened it. Then, against the warnings of the drilling manager, they removed the drilling mud holding the pressure down, even though halliburton's cement was still weet and Halliburton did not complain. Then for 6 months, BP rent-a-cops went around waving their guns at people and threatening law abiding citizens at BP's direction and the locals did not shoot a single one of them. Incredible. Those are the luckiest rent-a-cops in the world. BP is skating away without paying up.
This year, BP is making record profits and being turned loose in the Arctic circle oil rush. And the GOM yields seafood the EPA says is safe to eat as long as you do not exceed a bit less than 2 ozs. per day. That's one shrimp. They don't call him Lobobama for nothing. The president is an _______.
YEP !
BP = bloody profit
Who buys BP petrol nowadays anyway?
It's Back !!! *PICS*

BP could have stopped Macondo blowout, but let oil flow to protect well for future use: Federal lawsuit http://t.co/9me70nk via @oilflorida
Even Russia won't have BP. What does that tell you about our system. Get these foreigners out of our waters. Find a better way to do this. Or go fully to alternative energies and shut the b*st*rds down. What is wrong with us!
Peace out!

My hypothesis, thought of many months ago was/is that; B.P. needed the P.S.I. reduced, in order to tap this reservoir. So, just like 'Gomer Pyle' would declare on the G.P. U.S.M.C. show, SURPRISE!, SURPRISE!, SURPRISE! Once the P.S.I. was reduced, approximately six months later, to the level at which the oil could be extracted, the oil was stopped/ significantly slowed ! What do you think?
Bingo !

No more deep wells in the oceans ! PERIOD !
Russia had better thought then to try in water and so deep impossible to deal with without any technology to stop a runaway well !
When the well went out of control, they were on dry land to deal with with small nukes on about 3 or 4 of the wells in the 70's !
Explain to me one more time how this is the best way to boil water! I just can't figure it. But I'm not the genius in this chicken outfit.
Peace out!
