While generally categorizing the group moderately toxic... You'll see on the report the Nokomis dispersant did go in the 'highly toxic' category.

The only dispersant BP 'reported' using is Corexit... That is the only one that has been 'reported' to be used by BP since the outset of the spill.

However CNN reported July 4, 2010: "Meanwhile, Environmental Protection Agency scientists… [are conducting] toxicity testing on eight of the dispersants used in the Gulf."
