This is outrageous, 800 people in Ohio get jobs, while there’s so many unemployed in the Gulf region. Thanks to Mr. Broxson for showing some concern. It’s about time our elected representatives step up to the plate!

Feinburg in action.. the old song and dance.

“But stopped short on calling for an investigation”
No investigation –those military contracts are just too tempting.
Can’t anyone see that the people are tired and hungry? They need money to care for their families NOW!
    They need medical care NOW!
Where is POTUS and FLOTUS. Why aren’t they around offering succor to the people?
    The people suffer this alone.

  • Don’t you remember when Obama said: “ This is BP Oil?” He conveniently left out the fact that HE gave BP permission to Drill. Obviously, he did not want a thing to do with the problem. He would not allow governmental Funds (like U/E Compensations, ETC) to be used by the locals who paid into it! He distracted the people and sent them down river to BP. Obama only cares about himself and the people of the gulf need to realize that FACT.

    Obama Put BP in charge!

The Government should have paid compensation and processed claims through local U/E, which has everyone on file, and this would have made claims Easy. The government could then Bill and Sue BP, which helps the little people who cant afford lawyers! However, I believe obama did not want the jobs report to hammer his polls ( yes, He’s that sick) and therefore, sold the GOM to BP for his own Benefit keeping the GOM off the Rolls.

If I’m Wrong, then he’s a Total Idiot.

If You want your Claims GOM: “MARCH ON WALL STREET!!!!” You have nothing better to do and I guarantee within one week “ALL CLAIMS PAID.”

    Think About it Comrades!!!

Where has the national press coverage gone. With the Republicans not wanting to upset big oil and the Democrats not wanting to make Obama look bad, I think the people of the Gulf Coast are sunk!

    Feinberg’s arrogance continues:

Feinberg also met Thursday evening with Rep. Doug Broxson, R-Gulf Breeze, who said Feinberg told him to “back off” his criticism of the GCCF, a request Broxson said he could not fulfill.

“I told him I’ll continue to represent my constituents,” Broxson said Friday.

  • Kenny G (Florida)

15 of my co-workers were paid months ago….. I am still waiting along with thousands of fellow gulf coast neighbors.
If I am not paid soon I will have nowhere to live except on the Florida state house steps !
This is total bs !!! and to no surprise our “non american” president put this idiot in charge !!!!!!!!

I moved to NY to try to find work and ended up in this dump of a building in jersey city. Whatever you do, DO NOT RENT FROM OPTIMUM PROPETIES IN JERSEY CITY, THEY TURN OFF THE HEAT AND HOT WATER TO SAVE MONEY.
