I have to agree with Gary, dont wait for an evacuation call, obviously by then it will be to late. Please, for the sake of your families, leave the gulf.
The saddest part about this is people actually think it was just an oil spill. It is shocking how people take the word of a person as truth just because of their company title, or further more because they are the president. NOW is the time they start to pull all the stunts, all the tricks to achieve thier end game goal. More and more events like this will be fabricated by these pricks only so that they can come up with a supposed solution to achieve their ultimate goal.
