State of Florida directs Gulf County to “terminate” oil spill litigation agreement with law firm

Gulf County has rescinded its oil spill litigation agreement with a Panama City law firm. ...

"The direction I have gotten from the state is we should terminate the contract," said Williams, who is first vice president of the Florida Association of Counties. "This (leak) is the largest thing we have faced in the county and they (Krupnick, Campbell, Malone, Buser, Slama, Hancock, Liberman & McKee) have taken us in the wrong direction."
