    According to Riki Ott, there is a loophole in the oil spill response plan that puts the Coast Guard, not the EPA, in charge of dispersant use.

    Hugh Kaufman, of the EPA, said the orders regrading dispersant use in the Gulf came from somewhere "higher up" but said from his viewpoint, he could not see where the orders originated.

    I think premurderedgom might be right, seems to be a time of death around the world in one way or the other. Watch out for the elites master plan indeed.

    We have noticed the trees in Memphis turning and looking burned for weeks. It has been dry but not enough to cause the strange spots on tree leaves and lawns dying back very early. Is anyone in Jackson MS or Birmingham AL seeing the same thing?
