Peter Hayes, the executive director of the Nautilus Institute for Security and Sustainable development in Melbourne, discusses possible scenarios in the quake-hit nuclear plants.

At 2:10; Hayes: "We are really right on the precipice of a massive nuclear crisis."

At 3:18; Hayes: High level official at Japan Atomic Energy Commission reports on Facebook that "most likely that a partial core meltdown is now underway,"... Hayes: "This is really the worst possible scenario in a reactor."
