Louisiana opens areas for commercial fishing; Captain calls it a “joke”, pretty sure “I’ll get oil-covered shrimp”

The AP reports, "Seafood industry representatives hailed the reopening" of Louisiana waters east of the Mississippi River to some types of commercial fishing.

A Louisiana boat captain who fishes for shrimp said, "It's a joke."

"I'm pretty sure I'll go out, and I'll get oil-covered shrimp. They capped this well, and now they're trying to say it's OK."
