Fresh Dead Life- Gulf - What You won't See on the News Tonight, Cellect Opflex, March 5, 2011:
1,000's of dead animals today washing ashore as new oil rises in Pensacola Florida. For those of you that live on Cape Cod, Washington DC, or any other part of the Country don't think you are not going to be affected by this. Have you heard of the Gulf Stream???? This is just the result of the first stormy day in the Gulf with all the "out of sight, out of mind" submerged-dispersed oil. THERE ARE NO MAGIC MICROBES!!!!!

Some people should learn that posting to facebook is not posting to the world: that company requires registration to access these (and other) materials.
And this was NOT on the NEWS ???
Maju- if you have a list of other sites that are good to post in order to get this dastardly info out to the people, many folks here would appreciate it. thank you.
and yes, fb is relatively evil, sharing your info with advertisers, connected to golman-sachs etc. but it is turning into a rather remarkable social tool to get the word out there to help folks be more aware.
in the meantime, maybe some of you are feeling inspired to give your "representatives" a call.

FOSL is doing a lot better than we think.
Umm, I surf and have surfed P-cola Beach since the 70's. I is common to have the Porteguese Man-o-war wash up en-mass when we have a good SE fetch at certain times of the year. I have only seen one dead bird over the last couple of swells. This is not unusual. Also that brown stain in the wrack line is normal also. Organic critters make that sort of stain. Any solid testing been done to determine if this is oil ? Just saying because I have seen all this many times over the years.
yes, Bill. it sure would be nice to get some solid unbiased testing done by .gov in the Gulf. i think there are A LOT of people waiting on this. if i remember correctly, this is what we pay them for.

Even Florida DEP admits that they're still finding oil.

Keith:
Thanks. That is a very interesting and intense read, and it requires a bit of time, so I'm taking it in small bites. Later on, I'll read it a second time to 'get' what I didn't the first time.
Very interesting stuff...Some people are sharing great links. If you want to see a video discussing the dolphin deaths, corexit, and the bp oil spill check this out...
We all need to get word out. The mainstream media ignores it.

ON MY WAY TO THE OCEAN...I FOUND SOME JELLYFISH!!
IS IT A SHELL? A SEA TREASURE?? No a dead jellyfish
I saw strange bumps sporatically all over the beach in front of me and at first wondered what kind of shell that could be? As I got closer, I saw that the objects were really some type of dead jellyfish. There must have been a 100 or so visible to the naked eye.
A local passerby walking his dog told me that these were... http://hubpages.com/hub/ON-MY-WAY-TO-THE-OCEANI-ENCOUNTERED-JELLYFISH
ILL-FATED VISITOR:A pelican, one of many migratory birds, found dead off Sakkaraikottai tank in Ramanathapuram. *p0c*
RAMANATHAPURAM: Mystery shrouds the death of birds, including Pelicans, an endangered migratory species, at Sakkarakottai tank here.
Forest officials of Gulf of Mannar Marine National Park (GMMNP), ornithologists and veterinarians visited the spot on Sunday based on information that some birds were found dead in the tank. Pelicans and egrets were among the birds found dead.
Though there were no noticeable wounds in the body of the birds, the stomach part of all birds seem to be cut.
It is suspected that they might have died three days ago. It was in the same season and the same spot last year that migratory birds were found dead.

Cold water influx in Gulf may have delivered fatal blow to dead dolphins
Published: Tuesday, March 08, 2011 ... http://blog.al.com/live/2011/03/cold_water_may_have_delivered.html ...
Premature diagnosis speculation and not worthy of print, other have been sent samples of fatty layer, Being frozen how can one tell they are really from these dead animals ? Looks like a cover story to me and I have seen no reports on dolphins that have died and been been tested for years here in Fl that were published !
I smell another cover story !

Right now between 1,400 and 1,660 sperm whales live year-round in the Gulf of Mexico, making up a distinct population from other Atlantic Ocean groups, in which males make yearly migrations.
Whales May Be Choked, Drowned, and Poisoned
Oil spills can affect sperm whales and other cetaceans, including dolphins, in a number of ways.
For starters, the marine mammals have to surface to breathe, and if they come up through an oil slick, they can suck the toxic substance into their lungs.
Also, the fumes on the surface of the water after a recent spill can be powerful enough to knock out full-grown whales, causing them to drown. (Read an eyewitness account of smelling the Gulf oil spill.)
Finally, the oil can taint the toothed whales' prey—fish and squid—affecting the whales' diets and hurting their chances of raising healthy calves. (See pictures of a sperm whale eating a giant squid.)
"The chemicals in the oil product that move up through the food web are a great concern for us," said Teri Rowles, coordinator of NOAA's marine-mammal health and stranding response program.
Previous studies have shown that at least some of the Gulf of Mexico sperm whales are known to hang around where the Deepwater Horizon oil rig was located before it exploded on April 20, triggering the spill.
"Between 2000 and 2005, about 300 [sperm] whales were seen on a consistent basis right in that area," Texas Tech's Godard-Codding said.

I live here in P'cola and you CAN see the patches of reddish brown GUNK floating on the waters of P'cola Bay. And don't go telling me its NATURAL because it is NOT natural and wasn't there all the other years and seasons and days I've lived here.
And if you can't see that the environmant in Pensacola is turning into a dark and dead dreary gray like Perdido Bay has, then you are blind.
It simple was NOT this way UNTIL that so-called oil 'spill', and it will NEVER be the same again.
Muldoon is a lier I live on the beach and in the city for 6 years and I have a house all those stains are not normal ever at anytime of the year. I have a house on Pensacola Island and the sands are white sands 24/7 12 months a year. I have never seen such polution or dead fish washed up anything near what we have right now. My Fiancee grew up on the Beach and she is going crazy and she found a dead dolphin and cryed he self to sleep. Dont be talking bullshit you Republican hack.
It was probably those darn fireworks again....just like the ones that caused thousands of birds to fall out of the sky dead. I can hardly wait for the fourth of July, the bird population might drop to near zero.

We do not accept your apology.
Frank I am the so far from Rebublican it is silly ! I have spent thousands of hours surfing the Gulf, I run barefoot on the Beach in Pensacola and have logged over 7000 miles running that Beach barfooted since 1986. Mud and algae stirred up by high surf have made stains like that since forever ! Dolphins have always died and washed up ! Jellyfish can't swim and get washed up all the time ! I am not a hack I am a free thinker who knows this Beach and Gulf as well as anyone ! Yes there is oil out there ! Yes it is a disaster but 1 and 1 don't make 15 ! Oil has always leaked into the Gulf through fissures in the Earth's crust. I was washing off tarballs all the time in the 70's. Let's just have some logic, reason and facts before attribute every creatures death to the oil spill. ~peace
There are many season experts on this blog..the majority of whom believe that the situation with the Gulf Oil Gusher is serious.
The sum of "one and one"..the people are soon to find out.
The animals in the pictures died of exposure to oil/dispersant.
The beaches are oiled and the air and water full of toxins.
I'm not sure that is even a debatable issue around here.
The people of the United States no longer control the area of the Gulf Coast. It is run by a private company and a treasonous government.
The people here are seeking justice and mercy for the people and the environment.
The health and welfare of the people are in question.
..Will their hearts survive.. when they realize.. they have to turn their eyes and hearts away from the sea?
This is what matters.
When are the masses going to wake up. The government lies to you all the time because they do not care about you. They lied about the Gulf and the safty of the fish and where the oil went.
Looks like a few jelly fish were washed ashore during the storm that passed through the area. Not sure about the bird. The stain appear to be typical for this time of year.
i can only take guess as to what St. MFA stands for, but where i come from it isn't anything nice. Perhaps Mr. Muldoon has changed his name, but not his tune. where do you two folks hail from? some of us sure would like to know. a word on corexit mixed with oil, definitely not "typical" in the gulf, would also be appreciated from you two. howse the surfing in the Gulf now, Bill, do you dare?
I am from Northwest Florida, Panama City to be exact. I lived in Pensacola for four years and the above photos are a common occurrence when a major storm from the southeast passes through.
Putting biased and speculative assumptions on the internet does nothing but discredit you and your website.
If scientific analysis shows that the stains are in fact oil and not organic then I will eat crow. However, prove to me your thesis.
nice to meet you St. MFA. Looks like quite a few Florida communities are having a difficult time saying, "Nope! No oil(+ corexit)here!"

USF--bought and paid for shills
http://news.usf.edu/article/templates/?a=2425&z=123
BP bought a whole herd of "scientists". The dedication to money in science overrides any scruples.
We have hed the conversation about shills here --so many times ..but here we go again. Shills are parties that enter a blog to "secrete" miss and disinformation. There is an effort on the part of the shill to be distracting
and time consuming--
This crowd is well past being fooled by shills..being neither distracted or having time for much BS. MSM articles are posted ..for the people to punk on the MORONIC babbling of the shills.

soozla--Thanks for the links, saved me from researching. I had a feeling that USF had received grant money from BP. As for the Panama City Newsherald, of course they're going to say the beaches are clean, it's spring break and they wouldn't want to scare anyone away.
HA! The rednecks have really gone and done it this time! I hope the Gulf Coast never sees another tourist again - it would disable the means to live stupid.
Who knows? Maybe it takes hardship to finally get your heads right. I guess we'll see.... bring on the hardship!

Thank You Frank! I AM THE ONE WHO TOOK THIS PICS YOU ARE LOOKING AT! I am a Pensacola Native and have lived her 50 years, let me repeat, 50 YEARS. I have NEVER Seem our Beloved Pensacola Beach /or Gulf Coast for that matter so messed up and that is putting it nicely, I am tired of people trying to act like it is all fine and dandy. If you really care about people and your environment, you would not stand aside and let this go on and on and not say anything. You can view my video's of this on my UTUBE page also under 44Gulfwaters. I had sent these pics from my cell phone to my friend that day and I gave him permission to post them. I don't know if this is from the Oil Spill or not, but I have never seen this before, it made me cry. You can make your own Opinion about what has caused this. All I did was take the pics to let others see it for themselves. Please don't attack me for
caring. Thank-You.
Thank you, Trisha, for sharing your photos. I was in Pensacola before Tropical Storm Barry in 2001 when the tide was very high, and looking back at my pictures, I did not see stains in the sand like in your picture, so blaming this on a storm doesn't seem realistic, especially when it is known that there are still tar mats out there.
Thank You Jean, I also have video from when Hurricane Ike was out in the Gulf and the surf wild that day, I am with you, never have seen such ugly stuff wash up on our beach like this. I went from one end of Pensacola Beach that day back all the way down to Fort Pickens and I saw the same thing all over. I have never seen so many Man-O-War wash up. This happened a couple of months ago, but it was not this bad and I didn't see the brown stuff wash up like this. There is also an article about the Man-O-Wars washing up on shore this past weekend at West Palm. Check it out.
