State officials did NO TESTING on ANY dead fish from the FOUR major kills near oil-impacted areas — Because they “didn’t see any oil related pollution” (VIDEO)

State officials to test latest fish kill for oil, WWL-TV, September 21, 2010 at 7:20 p.m. EDT:

Transcript Excerpts

"Millions of fish, absolutely, millions," said P.J. Hahn, Plaquemines Parish Coastal Zone Management director. "We're used to seeing fish kills out here at this time of year, but not at this number, mass number of fish that are dying, and not in the frequency that they are occurring now."

What the four areas have in common is not just the fish kills, but also the fact they were previously hit by oil from the spill, prompting parish leaders to ask the state to test the dead fish. ...

The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries... blamed the kills on low oxygen levels in the water -- a conclusion they reached without doing a single test on the dead fish. ...

No further testing was done, Pausina said, because the teams dispatched to the fish kills didn't see any oil related pollution.

Where is the attorney general of Louisiana? Numerous individuals should be charged with malfeasance of office. Our wildlife & fisheries used to be protected better than us humans. Now it seems we are on an equal footing. It makes you wonder if some of these conspirency theories are not correct. We have become so complacent in this country by believing our government will never do it's citizens any harm. Throughout the history of mankind atrocities have been committed. What makes us immune from them? This is one big atrocity in which BP and the US government are the responsible parties.

    @dailer John:

The American court system cannot do anything to BP but possibly get "some" money. The US Supreme Court will not touch BP.

The only way to get BP off of US soil and out of US waters is to indict them at the ICC (The International Criminal Court).

BP is under ownership of Queen of England, Elizabeth II.

Queen Elizabeth II, head of state of the United Kingdom and of 31 other states and territories, is the legal owner of about 6,600 million acres of land, one sixth of the earth’s non-ocean surface.

She is the only person on earth who owns whole countries, and who owns countries that are not her own domestic territory. This land ownership is separate from her role as head of state

    Peace to the World.

  • Jessica,

In which case, I'd tell Queen Elizabeth II to come get her obstreperous child and take it home -- and to cleanup after it.
Having done that, carry through with capital punishment.

I'm not sure where the information re: Queen Elizabeth II owning 6600 millions acres of land comes from - she owns a large estate in England and has a summer home in Scotland. She does not own Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle or Hollyrood is Scotland. The Crown (and not her personally) owns or controls some large land plots in various parts of England, and dollars go to some members of the Royal family. But The Queen does not own or control even a tiny, tiny fraction of what you claim. She is the figure head leader of the Commonwealth - a collection of nations that have trade pacts and work cooperatively together - some of them were once part of the British Empire but most are not now. She does not own any of these lands or countries.
The Royal family does not even own stock in BP because Prince Andrew - on behalf of the government - promotes various oil concerns, including BP.
Spreading this kind of misinformation is dangerous and just plain wrong.

--I'll have to say that the best part of the BP spill is watching MILLIONS of Americans finally wake up.

Keep reading. Keep reading. Keep reading.

  • There is a place of protection from what is coming on this evil beastly system.
You may want to know about that place.
