Thanks for covering this. I drive across Mobile Bay every week and have seen this foam and an oily sheen carried on the tide over the last two weeks or so and on several weeks prior. It is so bad at times that you can see it in the low resolution traffic camera images. The foam was all over both shores.
Pretty obvious they are still using a lot of Corexit !
We had two expert marine biologists examine "algea bloom" substance. It's NOT algea! You can view report on Flickr site.

Thanks to Florida Gal for sharing this report of what was found in Apalachicola Bay. In the meanwhile, Franklin County is trying to increase tourism, and this article quotes someone who enjoyed eating oysters in Apalachicola.

BP Mousse de Orange'
TOXIC!
I have pictures of that froth from Mobile Bay, to weeks bay, op fish river to the 5 rivers at the mouth of Mobile bay. I am not saying it not somehow oil spill related, but it is to widespread to be corexit. I live 1'4 mile off of Mobile Bay. I put my photos on local news organizations pages and all the locals HERE IN ALABAMA say its an algea bloom. The old timer say they have seen it for years. I have been here 11 and never seen it this thick so I am not trying to say there is no correlation
Twitter if you have lived here for any amount of time, you drive across the Bay way and see it every winter. I have.
