How perfect, no? First of all, BP may be responsible for this unprecedented cold weather, if the Gulf Stream current is truly broken ... and instead of being PUNISHED in ANY way by ANY one, they get to raise their prices!

    What sickening, utter irony.

  • soozla

.....even a slowing of the loop current will lower the temperatures on the European continent.
Looks like the Brits will be getting a dose of the BP medicine...
Did I see the skull and cross bones on the bottle?

  • premurderedGOM

Didn't Zangari say the loop was fragmented? And the consequences would be devastating? That we would see crop failures as early as 2011 here in the States? Rumors are there is much activity at Mt. Weather.? The Feds are buying up long term food storage. Just Google USDA and read the disaster list regarding crops and grain stores. The food contaminated from toxic rain is now unedible. The chosen ones will be well underground when TSHTF. Say your good-byes to the GOM. Mine was said with a million tears. It is now time to save ourselves. And to Dr. Zangari, Ti ringrazio......

  • premurderedGOM:

Let's not forget that the USA is very good at weather manipulation: We can cause earthquakes, floods, snow, chalk white skys, extreme electrical storms.... using our technology. Heck! We even set off a nuclear blast in our upper atmosphere in the 50's just to see what would happen; they thought it would start a sky fire.

If you doubt this please google "Owning the Weather By 2025." Restoring the 'loop' wouldn't be a challenge for us.

  • No Spam

I see articles about the cold in Europe, but nothing is mentioned about the GOM spill or the loop current. I guess the mainstream media is in lie/cover up mode as usual.

  • interesting

as if Europe doesn't have enough economic woes... that gets more or less shoved under the rug. Note how they were traditionally many of our greatest allies... is the US Govt. really on our side??
p.s. I'm near the Gulf now..when I bring up environmental and health concerns to anyone down here, they become very dismissive or just get a shocked look on their face. The corporate media whitewash was very successful on most. Of course, it even controls election images and outcomes...

  • xdrfox

Another create the problem and have a solution for profit ? I heard a report the other day that as many as 35,000 could die in Europe from this weather this year !

  • premurderedGOM

B&B; Read that. Fantastic if not scary. 'Interesting' said that people are basically oblivious to the GOM fiasco. This is 100% true. Apathetic is an understatement. Also, I fear we are next to start freezing after Europe. It would be wise to stay as South as possible, BUT they have made the entire GOM region unlivable. Does anyone else see something is not quite right here?

  • Evelyn de Rothschild

    Almost like it was planned?

  • premurderedGOM & xdrfox:

Yes, I believe the scenario as described could actually happen. Very scary.

Please recall the movie [I think it was called] "The Coming Superstorm." The concept was envisioned by Whitley Streiber and Art Bell, who together wrote the book [same name] which led to the movie.

The temperature of the GOM is higher than normal [oil], and the warmer than usual water will make its way across the Atlantic Ocean and reach Europe -- and, via some mechanism (?) make its way north where it veers south and travels through Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Greenland, Canada, and the United States of America. This is very frightening; the ice will be so thick that indeed, we could be buried under it and die from the collapse of our homes from the weight, or suffocate to death after all of the *inside* oxygen is gone.

Please, if anyone can confirm this scenario and make it clearer, it would be appreciated by all of us, because this is very, very possible. And I'm scared.

  • interesting:

It's hard to believe that the people are so dismissive of the facts. However, it's hard for me to believe that if they're feeling less well -- [and they must be] have a continuous cough, ectera, how in the world are they managing to ignore or to disbelieve the facts?

Are they living too far from the coast to be effected by the toxins: In the water, on the land, and in the air?

  • xdrfox:

I will not pay for downloads: I will not provide my name, location, ectera -- for information that should be available otherwise.

Zangari Update Dec 23rd, 2010. Google: GULF STREAM UPDATE-DR. LUIGI ZANGARI'S LATEST REPORT-12160 Gypsie, if you read this I would like to hear more of your take on the GOM. I remember quite some time ago just after the well blew, you posted an apocalyptic vision . Well, you were right. This was an ELE event. You said 18 months after the event? Do you know what is about to occur in the fall of 2011? I am sure some of us are interested. And I truly believe some people are given divine gifts such as Egar Cayce.

  • xdrfox

I didn't have too, ? It loads as I open page ! Don't know what you have encounted there, Do you haver Adobe on your putter ? It is a free page !

  • xdrfox

It shows the area was deemed a disaster area years before even Katrina and was costing $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ it's a very good read to frame what is going on !

  • I'll try again later. What I encountered was a fee of $1.50 per pdf download. In order to pay, one would of course be required to submit identity, address -- you know the routine.

  • premurderedGOM

B&B:It should just pop up after a quick download. Although I just started reading, I can see what 'xdrfox' means. They were already saying there was a "drought" and the available fresh water was depleting[underground?] Bulls*it. A friggin drought in the wettest part of the country? Agenda 21.....

  • xdrfox

It sounds as if you have a pre-programed PDF. Factory or other reader that wants to make $. Uninstall it and download the free Adobe PDF. Reader.

  • xdrfox

Much more then the drought, look at the cost to Gov. after storms in areas. The cost ! If no one was living there !!!!

  • Daniel Hughes:

The "new artificial system generated in the Gulf" has changed the loop current in the Gulf stream. It is the means the ocean depends on to correct what is wrong: And that is a fast correction the ocean uses to *stall* the loop.

Presently, the water is working to restore itself following BP's on purpose via negligence or intent, caused the oil volcano that dumped years of oil production into the water. BP took what the Earth created over years to produce, and in a few short weeks -- destroyed the water and it's marine life. The ocean must overcome its wounds, and it is working to do just that by stalling the loop current.

The ocean is 10* colder than it should be and it that has surprised me.

  • xdrfox

We in Florida haven't had a major Hurricane since 04 when we had 3 in 3 weeks. Strange or weather manipulating ! FEMA $$ saved !

  • xdrfox

The total amount of methane made by these microbes is probably greater than the mass of all known reserves of coal, gas, and oil. Methane is a potent greenhouse gas, and huge belches of microbial methane from deep reservoirs, where it resides mostly as frozen methane hydrate, have been linked to rapid changes in Earth's climate. They may have helped pull the planet out of recent ice ages... with an intense burst of global warming.

  • xdrfox

But as others have come to believe as I, the methane may have triggered the last Ice Age by way of meteor in the Gulf at Cancun where they found the huge crater..so the GOM was already fragile from the last episode !

  • xdrfox

So with this inf. It would seem logical to a Governor to allow the region be turned into a gas field to drain off pressure and continue with the pollution of waters !

  • interesting

B&B, These folks are in TX, but venture into FL and are familiar with the Gulf. They are pretty 'safe' as they are in N. TX or W. coast of Fl... One is considering a job in Houston, which is getting a little too close for comfort, not to mention the bad pollution down there anyway... --> I'm **stunned** that they can't even entertain the possibility that the dangerous impact continues...on their doorstep!!!

  • interesting

They actually tell me that it's all cleaned up and not bad anymore...but, they do look a little uncomfortable and pause for a moment. :P

  • interesting

This was more the emoticon I was seeking: :/

  • soozla

Yep-the sheep have been led down a box canyon. To die....
They are going to guard you folks.. because they prefer you die... where standing.

  • Henry

    There goes global warming

  • Daniel Hughes

    Biscuit and Butter:

Thanks for the information. I, too, am convinced that the Loop current is broken, and I am convinced that the oil is still flowing into the Gulf. I'm not sure if my original comment was written in an attitude of mild, patient skepticism or a desire to plunge into denial and nibble at the blue pill again!

Things look pretty bad. I am really frustrated that BP isn't being held to account for this.

  • Daniel Hughes

And thanks to premurderedGOM for the latest Zangari information. Ironic as that may seem, thanking one for more bad news. :)

  • soozla

The density and amount of the oil in the water is slowing the loop current --
Global warming was a notion based on present levels of air-borne gases, caused by the polluting of the Earth by Man, increasing, heating the atmosphere and damaging the ozone layer, etc.
A slowing or stall in the loop current --continuous release of methane into the air---the use of dispersant and synthetic microbes.. well... provides a different scenario.

  • here is noticeably a lot to realize about this. I feel you made certain nice points in features also.

  • Jack

    Hello All,
XDRFOX, if you are referring to Chicxulub crater, this is fixed at
about 65 Million years ago, and distinguishes the "K/t boundary" between Cretaceous and the "Tertiary" or first period of the Tertiary, called "Paleocene" by Western nomenclature.
The Close-Pass or Near-Miss of various Comets, asteroids, or
long-period Planet X can Disturb or Perturb the globe such that
all the ancient mythologies have told true stories of topsy-turvy
days with huge floods, Deafening sounds in the heavens, falling
    "stars" and stones, etc. etc.
But if you're talking ice ages, there have been several since
    that time of 65 MYA.
The "Nibiru" or "Planet X" prophets are saying that we are due for the "close pass" part of the roughly 4100 year orbit, which
will bring IT between the orbits of Mars and Jupiter, December 2012.

  • xdrfox

Many scientist believe that this event caused the end of life for 95% of life on Earth at that time and brought in an Ice Age from earth and Methane launched into the atmosphere killed off most of the dinosaurs of that day. It was a massive event ! This even most likely changed the axis of the Earth also causing sudden location changes. I am saying that I agree with their theory because it makes a tremendous amount of sense and logic with the facts finding of many discoveries over the years.

  • soozla:

You said, "The density and amount of the oil in the water is slowing the loop current - "

Yes. The oil does make the water more viscous: Thicker flows slower.

The temperature of the water increases initially because of the oil, while water is lost through condensation: Thicker, slower, and warmer.

Because of water loss the salt in the ocean is in greater concentration: Increase in Salinity. Thicker flows slower.

The flow and velocity of the ocean water is dependent on viscosity, temperature, and salinity: Those are the natural bioremediation changes the Gulf of Mexico has created in its "New artificial system generated by itself." The GOM does this to try to save itself.

  • soozla

Thank you.. I was remiss not to include salinity.
....seems a bit nippy over that way.

Here in Florida, they anounced the coldest December on record since record keeping begain !

  • xdrfox

Records keep falling with December temperatures
While severe Christmas freezes in 1985 and 1989 made their way into the weather record books, it appears this month will be the coldest December on record for most -- if not all -- of Florida.
    December 29, 2010 ... http://www.news-journalonline.com/news/local/east-volusia/2010/12/29/records-keep-falling-with-december-temperatures.html

  • soozla:

I enjoyed the article: Vintage is great and apparently Sweden knows just what to do with its *vintage* trains and experience. That's why they're tucked in their beds, feeling all so snuggly and cuddly at temperatures in minus zero numbers.

  • xdrfox:

I stopped depending on *records* to verify anything on weather, and, since so much is distorted, untruthful, and out-of-date, I prefer to look at our ability to alter our worlds weather with our own super technology, especially since manipulation is the most likely cause of abberant weather.

HAARP is one of those technologies: It uses windmills to push our upper atmosphere into a frenzy -- as it is rolled like a rug -- grasping every electron, ectera, it can catch to stir up the heavens: It should be called Ions On the Warpath. And, as we all know, you can't alter the equilibrium of the heavens without some penalty -- and dangerous weather is one of those penalties; wrought by positive and negative attractions, involved in a Maypole dance of exchange.

I believe you'll enjoy reading these.

  • xdrfox

I was referring to the crater and evidence of causing a cataclysmic event. There was a lot of methane present then, so it is highly possible the methane is what caused the cold to incress, not the methane warming the earth at that time to bring an end to the ice age as previously thought.
