Just call the agencies signing the docnument,STUPID. Let me guess BP drafted and presented the document! Who was the contractor who created this mess? BP. Key wording in the "no visible oil" is the VISIBLE statement. What about NO CHEMICAL SIGNATURE OF BP OIL? What about meeting all EPA standards for PAH contaminiation? Why didn't anyone put in the wording about "parts per million? What a sweetheart deal for BP. SICK.

Nothing about this mess "SHOCKS" me anymore.
I find myself full of disgust with this
    whole "system".

I have been following the oil gush news fairly closely. I agree with ''poopshoot''. It is disgusting to say the least. The use of dispersant seems to have turned into a terrorist attack on innocent gulf people, many of whom are getting sick because of it all. BP lies are added to the dirty treatment. Is Osama Bin Laden in USA or BP?. Where are the terrorist police?
